Complaint handling procedure
The User may have complaints regarding services provided within the Website, as well as those that have not been performed or should not be performed.

In the user’s complaint, you should receive your name and surname, correspondence address, type and description of the problem.
The Service Provider undertakes to consider each complaint within the deadline of 30 days, if it was not possible, please contact it within the User’s period when the complaint will be considered. If the complaint is missing, the Service Provider will request the User to complete it within 7 days from the date of receipt of the request by the User.
